Dear Facebook Developer Garage:

Most Chinese, including mainlanders, have problem in looking up 'rare characters'.

My purpose is to provide people in the world a  free web assisting them taking easy in finding the Characters not found in PC

The reason I plan to do so is based upon my experience since Apple II 's debu.

We common Chinese fall a victims of PC currently in the market resulting from there are only about 15,000 characters available while actually there are 900,000 or more having been collected in the master base of Chinese Characters in Government Computrollers office.

Poor 130,000,000 Chinese take it as granted. Who often manufacture new Chinese Characters known as Mars words for on the spot communication  because they are helpless and are forced to.

I would appreciat it highly that you could help me out.
